I mentioned 'elevation' in the original post. I was mixing terms. I looked at the lnbf again, and see that it has markings on it, so the
installer can recede the lnbf into the holder. The marks go from 30 to 42, so I will leave it at 42 where it was originally. Ignore the elevation comment.
