lnb type
motorized or not
what is your true south satellite, is it C or Ku or both
any switches
receiver model
cable type and length
are you using the angle charts or a satellite meter
is your compass a regular one or is it declination adjustable
what satellite are you expecting to find
have you watched the
installation video's and read any how to's
