I'm also new to this forum. Why is there not a DIRECT e-mail or PHONE NUMBER to get in contact with
technical support?
We just purchased a new
SatHawk 5000 and are trying to upload anyting to it from the website using the instructions provided. The instructions DO NOT WORK. The driver for the 5000 will not load and therefore the USB device will not work.
The error message I get is: This device cannot start. (Code 10)
The Driver I'm supposedly trying to upload is: 6.0.2600.1
