I need your help to determine whether return the whole system or exchange the LNB only.
My brother and I are educated users and we tried more than two weeks (weekends and after work hours)
No reaction at all in the Signal Level bar (always the same as when no cabel is connected)
We tried with motor, withouth motor, with switch, without switch and connect LNB directly with receiver. We checked the connection again and again with receiver manual, and other devices instruction. We print out the
installation guide on your site and quick setup instruction on your site. Read them and follow them again and again. But NO SIGNAL received!
We set transponder to
11780 H which is active on Galaxy 3C (Galaxy 3C at 95.0°W - LyngSat) and we connected the L1 port of LNB directly with receiver. One of them hold the dish and adjust the dish little by little when pointed to the direction of that Sat. We got all Elevation and Azimuth(mag.) info from
Satellite Look Angles Satellite Heading Calculator Azimuth Elevation Skew Tilt LNBF Latitude and Longitude values. We know it will be different with or without motor. But it was still no signal.
The thing worry me is No reaction on the receiver/TV. The signal bar is always the same as there is no cable connected.
