2M in c band it intended for Africa(for political reasons: influence African countries about the Western Sahara issue) and also can be seen in most African countries with a regular antenna(not a dish) and I asked 2M last year via their website if they are thinking about making 2M Maroc avilable in North America. And they told me that is one of their future goal!
