FS-II ULTRA motorized system install workup

I have been reading Kewlteacher's and Resq911's install threads ... and somewhat reluctantly have decided to take the plunge...I am going to order the FSII system.
My handy Garmin V GPS personal navigator gives my longitude as W119 degrees 38.811 minutes, which is equal to W119.647 deg. (38.811 min x 1 deg/60 min = 0.64685 deg.) and my lattitude as N36 deg 21.856 min which is N36.364 deg (21.856 minutes x 1 degree/60 minutes = 0.364 degrees)
Correct?
Dish Elevation = 47.8-(60-36.4)=47.8-23.6=24.2 deg Correct? (Please bear in mind that I was a Biology major)

Will these parameters be the same if using the Satcontrol motor instead of a Stab?

My personal navigator also provides the true heading so I do not have to make a magnetic correction. I can "eyeball" true south using the GPS. Correct?
I will mount the dish on a nonpenetrating roof mount secured on my rooftop AC unit, which is 46"x50" (Larger than those of my neighbor's shown here from my backyard). Any comments or corrections appreciated. Thanks.
