DG 380 Problem

Several months ago, I purchased a DG380 system and have had a lot of problems getting it to move. Sometimes it works great and sometimes not at all. Yesterday,it was not working. Then we had a thunderstorm pass by and all of a sudden it started working. The temperature before the storm was around 100˚ F. After, it was around 75˚ F. During the heat of the day today, it quit moving again. As you would expect, I went out and cooled the motor down with the water hose. Again, it started moving the dish.

Since I feel that this is a lot of trouble to go to to change sats, how can I fix this problem. Has anyone had this problem before and if so, how was it fixed?
