you tell people where you are (city and country for starters, but latitude and longitude are better). Also, what make and model of equipment you are using. This should include the receiver, the LNB, and the antenna.
My first inclination would be to have the people that set this up for you come back and finish the job. Not only should the
installation have been reliable, they should have left you with information on how to use your equipment to do some of your own troubleshooting.
Folks here will try and help, but please provide the information that I asked for.
