if you are on an angle like that it's focusing on to the side of the center of the dish.
Sort of like a multiple LNBF Directv dish does.
So - I suspect if you need to do that your alignment is just a bit off.
You need to move the dish TOWARDS where the lnbf is pointing then put it back centered and move the dish up a little to compensate.
If your center is good and your ends are bad tells me you're out of alignment too.
