the line of site is clear. i have adjusted east west and i got 80 for strength. but up and down is i have set it at 42 according to the markings of the dish. and i have set it at different locations. but i can't get it to go above 38. could a bad lnb cause this? i have ordered a new lnb from
sadoun. don't know if that will fix it or not.
