I just installed my 6' dish with the same LNB. Using a Fortec Mercury outside to test. To answer your question, the receiver for C band should be 5150 and 22khz off for C band, and 10750 standard, with 22khz on for KU. Disq settings should be off unless you are using more than one dish.

I found it was easier to just manually add one of the stations for the satellite you are aiming at, using lyngsat, or just run a smart scan.

My problem, is, I have no idea why, but the strongest signal I can receive on mine is about 50% quality, and the picture just barely hangs in there. I have moved the lnb in and out on the scaler, rotated it to peak, just cannot get a good signal on it. Both C and KU are scanning in the very strongest transponders, but they are not even as strong as the weak ones on my 33" dish. I manually set the az/el temporarily to peak the bird, so I can get the lnb adjusted correctly, but just cant get a darn signal. Im using AMC3 BTW, and MTA1 is the only KU station coming in strong enough. I bought the dish to watch PBS, but there isnt even a hint of those weaklings.

The LNB is currently protruding from the scaler ring plane about 1/4 inch. The scaler ring is mounted to the three arms that attach to the dish, and it appears to be pointing right at the center of the dish. Im at a total loss here. Anyone that can help, please let me know, or preferrably, copy your reply to davenlr@yahoo.com, as I use a PDA and these forums are very hard to read on a little screen. Thanks in advance....
