Don't know what kind of box you have to drive your motor, but check the limits in the corresponding setup menu and ensure that the limits are cleared. Also if you disconnect the power from the motor, and press the east and west for about 5 seconds, and reconnect the power this should reset the motor to original configuration. Hi. I am trying to get my DG380 to work, also. I have the
Mercury II receiver. I got the dish to move once, tried to go to 97° and it went all the way east and limited out, and is stuck there. I can't get it back to zero. Have tried all the suggestions in the receiver book, in the DG380 manual and on forums, but it won't move again.
I tried to attach a pic of my
installation but don't know if it worked or not.
Any info appreciated. Regards
