The lnbf should have instructions, but if not position it using the mark on the casing so that it lines up with the axis of the polar mount. This gives a zero skew to all birds for good reception. Your old bud should already be aimed perfectly south. Start with a bird nearest true south to you. I'm at 103.5 west, so I could use 101 west. You can guesstimate right or left a bit and get quality in you antenna menu pretty quick. We learn by doing in this hobby so have fun tinkering and reading.
