Unhappy Help with Fortecstar in the Carribean

Hi All,
I'm a newbie and need a little advice.

I recently purchased a prime focus 6' FortecStar (six Panel), a viewsat Ultra and an Aspen Eagle 32+. I am located at about 59.6W 13.4N and I am unable to see anything... Period. I also have a 4' offset and was able to get a weak 30% quality from ES 8/10. I know that I'm on the fringes as far as the footprint is concerned but I would have expected atleast something with the 6ft.

My questions:
1. What type of LNB should I use with this 6ft to get a decent signal or anything or will it not work.

2. I see others on the island with 30" dishes, Is there a better series of Sat that will give me a good Q Signal with a smaller dish. I don't see anything on the Viewsat Q meter.

3. Is there any type of equipment that will help me to quickly find the correct satellite without the fiddling with a compass.

4. What device can I use to boost the 30% signal on my other 4' offset.

Thanks for the advice.

Orion.
