CCTV4 is FTA on GALAXY 3C (95*)
Last year rumor has it that it was going to be scrambled on October, 2002. The date passed and the channel still free. Another rumor then said it was definetly going to be scrambled right after the new year (1/03). Date passed again and no scrambling.
Now the previous poster mentions Mid March 2003. We will see..!!
