What are you talking about? DVB MPEG2 FTA? If so the DSR receiver will not get them. While it is a MPEG receiver it is not DVB. Are you talking about the channels in the clear for 4DTV? #1, #2??????????? 10750 and 5150 are the LO settings you would use in a DVB MPEG2 receiver for a standard Ku & C Band lnbf / lnb respectively.

If you are attempting to receive DVB MPEG2 FTA channels you will need a DVB MPEG2 receiver. Slave that receiver off of the 4DTV receiver. Sadoun sells the receivers and slave kits.

BTW maybe they didn't send you a "peace of crap".
