Ok let's start at the beginning. What are you using to move the dish? What is your longitude? Do you know which BSC lnbf you have? Standard or Universal on the Ku side? With the dish pointed at your true south sat (the sat located closest to your longitude) your lnbf should be set as the nose is flush with the scalar ring (starting point) and the square box of the lnbf at roughly 4:00 when looking at the dish from in front.
Hopefully someone will chime in with the link to aligning a prime focus dish. I do not know it off the top of my head. In any case this will get you started.
