I am a newbie. I purchased a
Mercury 2 motorized package. I sent an
sg2100 back for repairs and got a DS280 motor instead. When I tried to mount the dish to the motor I found that the bar was too big in diameter. I contacted
Sadoun and they sent me a universal mounting bracket. It is a box containing 6 metal pieces and about 35 bolts and nuts. NO INSTRUCTIONS! Does anyone have any information as to how to build the bracket or what to do now? The old motor SG2100 fit just fine.
My system is new and never been up and running since I bought it in Dec 2007.
