I had a post a while back with the satellite names and what "most" boxes show them as

Quote:
Alot of us post just the satellite where something is and some of us forget what satellite is where

Here is a list of the most common and where they are

AMC6
H2 (formerly SBS6)
AMC5
AMC9
AMC16 (formerly AMC2)
AMC3
G28 (formerly IA8 and T4)
G11
G26 (formerly IA6/T6)
G3
G25 (formerly IA5/T5)
G16 (formerly G4)
AMC4
AMC1
.3 ANIK F1
.1 ANIK F2
SATMEX6
.8 SATMEX 5
G23 (formerly IA13)**
G10
G14 (formerly G5)
G13/H1
G27 (formerly IA7/T-7)
AMC11**
G15** (formerly G1)
AMC10**
AMC7**
AMC8**

The satellites with ** are C-band only (yes IA13 has KU Band but Dish owns it). Also, I did not put in DBS slots because most of us know where they are
