NSS806 at 40.5°W is the only
C band satellite that you will find polarized as circular.
All the rest are lineal.
120cm is good enough to get it as it is very powerful even without a conical scalar ring.
I did my own experiment with this satellite and I got a couple of transponders with a 76cm dish.
May sound crazy but I did it.
Another good C band satellite to get with a small dish is PAS9 or Intelsat 9 located at 58.0°W. This one is lineal.
