To do a master clear, Menue (under installation) bottom line- Factory Reset, push enter, then will ask you for a code # enter 0000 or 7890. unite will turn off then boot back up. but put it on your true south satellite 1st befor master clear (will make setting it back up easer) then go outside an clear motor too.
