Since your Longitude is 118.4, your southern most satellite is 119 (it is almost on the same longtiude as your location but not exactly since it is off by 0.6 degrees).
So, when you use the USALS feature the motor will move the dish 0.6 degrees towards the West. But since 119 is an echostar satellite, your LNBF will not work for this satellite. I would suggest you use Satmex 5 at 116.8 to check your dish aligment. See

Use USALS to move the dish to Satmex 5. In your receiver, select a live TP for that satellite and go from there.
