I have tried to add this channel but I am getting a very low signal (20% or less) on TP 11.789 V -25.000 . I live in Arkansas and the whether is clear today. I have the standard FTA
Sadoun Dish with FortecStar receiver. on other TPs (e.g. 11.991 I get about 60% signal strength and the picture is clear).
Any help with this problem is highly appreciated.
