I am new to all of this and I would like to buy a system. Since I am computer savvy I thought I would start with a PCI card and build up from there. The card I am considering is the
Hauppauge Wintv-NOVA-S-Plus. Would it do the
AC3 decoding for me?
Also, do these PCI cards limit the resolution?
On February 17, 2009 will these cards go obsolete?
