Just tie it with cable ties and electric tape. This won't be exactly 6°, but somewhere between 4° and 6°.
Works for me already for about a year! However, my second LNBf is a circular type, and signal from these satellites is stronger, so 1
° makes no difference.
Also, you can adjust USALS position in receiver, say, for 101W sat to 102W or 102.5W.
