Sorry I wasn't sure where to post this. I know one thing its not so much the download speed as it is the upload speed for MMO's. Would I be looking at high ping and packet loss? What kind of bandwidth can you get with Sat internet?

Your ping time is going to be greater than 1000ms. The upload speed is a bit shaky at times too. I work in VA and have cable, but I really have to trim/tame my Internet habit when I'm in PA on WB. I really suggest you ask around in your MMO forums to see if anyone is on a satellite connection.
