I can understand if you are calling a 3rd party for support and they charge for their service. But if you buy from a dealer or a manufacturer, you should get some reasonable support free. |
Sometimes you will have to set the limits. Some customes do not bother to try anything. I have spent so much time over the phone with customers just to guide them through basic stuff already expalined to them before. Put TV on channel 3 is a major one.
