Wiring a 22khz switch?

I've looked through all the documentation that came with my kit from Sadoun, but there doesn't seem to be any directions or diagrams on how to wire in the switch. Not really in the mood to read 57 pages of install support to find the answer. I did do a search, but...

Do I need two cables running from the C and L ports on the LNB to the 22KHz port on the switch (LNC A) and two from the other C and L ports to the 13/18V port (LNC B)?

I trust the middle port on the switch marked RX is for a single cable running to the receiver (Mercury II).

Been having trouble finding a signal to fine-tune the aim, but now that I know the receiver's OK (hooked it up to an unused DISH dish and got their promo channels), I'm more determined to get my FTA setup working correctly - kind of gave up on it awhile ago out of frustration. Perhaps because the switch is nowhere in the mix might be the reason I can't see anything on my properly set-up dish?

New to FTA but not to satellite television - been a DirecTV customer for over a decade and have always done self-installs... never ran across the need for a pulse control switch, however.
