Sorry.... I don't know anything at all about the specific system you're trying to set up, however I'm curious what satellite you're trying to hit? The frequency you're listing above seems to be in the L-band, near where the INMARSATs used to be used for telephone and other services, however I thought that all the modern internet type services used Ku satellites?
Is it really an L band sat you're trying to hit, or is there a missing digit in the frequency?
