No! All equipment is considerd leased, unlessed out right purchased from a retailer. Nomatter how long you stay, it's not like the good ole day's of 5 yrs ago..
You are correct about the charge backs my friend, retailers have it rough these days and now were going to loose more upfront with the new terms agreement, but it's great for the customer so it should play out in the end.
