Arrow Fortec Star Fs08 ( 2.40cm )

Hi every body.I have a FORTEC STAR FS08 ( 240cm ) dish & I have been trying to get the signal of 110w in México DF without luck at all.To do this I used my compass, inclinometer and a satfinder I have, but …still no luck at all.I have installed other fortec dishes but only 120cm so I have no experience working with 240cm dishes. If someone could give some tips to get this bird with this big dish or an installation guide, it would be really helpful for me,`cause to be honest I don`t know what else to do or even worse ,I don`t know what I`m doing wrong. Please Heeeeeeeeeeeelppppppppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!
