Thanks everyone. I didn't intend to bring a sad vibe to a happy thread.
My father suddenly passed away 10 days ago at age of 57. Shock is slowly wearing of and reality is setting in.
One thing I learned from this experience is that you can always count on people. Support that we have received has been incredible. And that in it self goes hand in hand with the holiday spirit. It's not all about gifts. It's about caring.
