it's a prime focus. The face of the dish points right at the satellite.

So use an inclinometer on the back of the dish,
Johnson Level & Tool 700 Contractor Magnetic Angle Locator

this will tell you where the center is pointing at.

Or go to sears and buy one of the newer levels, it has a built in angle display. Has magnets on the edge so it can clamp to back of round ring on the dish, and you can read angle from that.

As far as 110 goes, if you're using a prime focus dish for circular satellites, there might be an issue with using LNBF's made for offset dishes. They dont work well on prime focus setups. That might be part of your problem.
