It's sad to see the
Sadoun site get filled up with legal documents like this. A couple weeks ago, I tried to order an
SG2100 motor for a holiday gift. Went through all the steps of ordering, down to the last step of submit order, then popped up some incredible multipage document which to the best that I could interpret gave Sadoun permission to do anything they wanted to with my personal information that they have collected, but since the document was written with incomprehensible legalese, I couldn't really tell.
Anyway, rather than agree to something that to the best of my understanding was unreasonable, I decided to buy my SG2100 at the same price, from a competitor that only wanted my money, not legal control over me.
I don't buy anything mail order if it requires an attorney to evaluate my rights, and I question the legality of such documents anyway, since it's clear that the consumers aren't given sufficient time to understand them.
Just my opinion.
