From what you describe, it could be a one or a combination of issues:

Since you are using one LNBF, I assume your dish is perfectly aligned to one satellite.

Start trouble shooting by following the steps below
1- Remove terminators and see if that solves it
2- Check all connectors and cables to make sure you have a good connection and no shorts in the lines.
3- Disconnect the switch, and run two cables straight from the LNBF to two receivers. Check the channels again and see if you notice the same problem or not. If the problem is resolved, then it could be the Switch is BAD.
4- Change LNBF with another LNBF and see if you notice the same problem or not. If the problem is resolved, then it could be the LNBF is BAD.
5- Change Switch with another Switch and see if you notice the same problem or not. If the problem is resolved, then it could be the Switch is BAD.
6- last resort, change Switch & LNBF and see if you notice the same problem or not.
