I'm running a 4 TV DirecTV setup (SD) with a DSL2 LNBF and SSM38 Sadoun 3x8 multiswitch. My unused outputs are terminated. I have an intermittent problem where sometimes all TVs will be fine, then some or all will go blank or breakup and the TV says "Searching for satellite" and not giving a picture.

The problem seems related to certain channel combinations. For example, say you are watching NFL channel on one TV successfully and have another TV on another channel. Then you switch channels on the second TV and you lose the NFL channel.

Another interesting thing is at some point you will have local stations, then at other times you won't even be given the option of selecting the local channels.

I've even tried a powered switch (thinking that was the problem) and that didn't help any. Any ideas?
