I didn't have any luck using the C/Ku LNB that I got from
Sadoun.
I used my
QPH-031 to catch 82W to find the highest point in the arc for me. I too adjusted adjusted for declination which is 5 degrees for me as well. From there I tried to fine tune my furthest east and west circular signaled sats which are 61.5W and 148W. I just could not get it to run the arc correctly no matter how little I adjusted the settings. I do have my support pole plumb and the top cap level.
I can get the birds no prob by manually fine tuning the positions. I use a
Birdog to get the sat location and that saves a lot of time.
I am just a little frustrated to say the least. I would not recommend this dish setup for anybody that is lacking FTA dish setup experience.
