CaptiveWorks only outputting 2.5v to the LNB IN
I have both CaptiveWork 600s & 600sp. They both were working fine up until few months ago. I have troubleshooting and had replaced many LNB, Cables, Switches, but it turned out that both of my CW600s/p were not outputting enough voltage (2.5v) to the LNB connector (LNB IN port).
I checked the output voltage on my Pansat 3500s (IF Input) which is working fine, it's outputting 13v/18v.
Could be CaptiveWorks are bad or there's a setting some somewhere that I can turn off/on the power to the LNB IN port?
Please help.
