Press Menu.
Installation. LNB setting. Make sure your LNB is on and is set to 10750 on both lines. Go back to installation and press ok on Manual scan. Chose satellite I5AK. (K not C), select an active transponder and watch for the signal while you move the dish slowly. Watch the quality level (rather than level) to see if you get any signal. I would suggest increasing the elevation 2-3 degrees.
