I had trouble receiving ku with my
bsc621-2 lnb as it turns out my ku probe was bent! the only reason i found this is because dms put out this
http://dmsiusa.com/technical/bsc621t1.html after bending the probe back with a small clean screw driver i get very good ku reception.
