You are better off defining separate satellites for C and Ku reception even though it is the same sat. For example I have sats like G10r-C and G10r-K stored, one with 5150 and the other with 10750.
Also, I doubt that the V-box III will do USALS, the other versions didn't. You'll probably have to save sats via DiseqC-1.2 .
Thanks wejones I have an old Uniden 9900 Receiver and 9900P Power Supply. The 9900 Receiver is working but the 9900P is NOT putting out the 36 VDC which is why I ordered the V-Box. Tried resetting fuse on back of 9900 P re the Uniden Instruction Manual - its a green kind of a plastic lite, but nothing doing and there is a cord connecting the Uniden 9900 Receiver to the 9900P Power Supply. Measured 0 Volts DC coming out of 9900P 36 VDC Terminals. Guess I could somehow try using Both Boxes since I need Polorotor Control. Sorry for not knowing, but what do you mean by save sats via DiseqC?
