Any of the DC inline amps from Sadoun seem to work. I use the JVI ILA-20W in-line amplifier from Sadoun and it works fine to compensate for fairly long runs (200'). I'd start with just the amps up at the LNBF and see how it works. If you have troubles, then I would go for the Pico-Macom Satellite Power Inserter at your 100' point and set both cables to 18V to make sure that the LNBF and amplifiers aren't being browned out.
