Need to upgrade old LNB, can only receive 119.

I'll admit it up front. I need advice. I've put this off long enough, because I don't know what I'm doing, and I don't know what I need to buy to make it work.

I have a Dish Pro 301 receiver. Outside, I have a dish and a single LNB that are both around 8 years old. (This is my second or third receiver, but it is the only dish and LNB that I've ever used). I originally installed my system, along with a similar system at my parents house.

Since then, technology has changed and I can only receive channels on 119, and want to upgrade so I can receive channels on 110. (Yes, I know... what rock have I been living under for the last few years?)

What equipment do I need to buy to upgrade? Will I need to run a second piece of coax? I hate asking such simple questions, but I'm going to learn first.

I appreciate the assistance more than you will know. Thanks.
