Used the "Where's My Order" webpage and received great support.
Did have a problem with the link in Shipping Address change.
That is the page where you change your mind about sending your order to your bill address to avoid the credit card authorization FAX thing-ee.
It seems the email link to
sales@12sat.com goes to nobody on this Sardon page:
