I tried to align my motorized dish to 43.1 W and 30W with no success. I ahve an 80cm dish. I did not get even a faintest signal from either satellite. Not sure if it is a line of site issue or my dish is too small.
I did get a hit on a 12099 transponder with a 29999 S/R on 43.1. The signal was zero, but the transpnder was somehow found. Could have been a fluke.
