Is the dish on your exclusive use?
If so what they are trying to do is
ILLEGAL
I have been on both sides of the fence (as a resident and the VP of our HOA) and as long as it is your exclusive use or there is a rule on where dishes can be placed as long as its less than one meter they CANNOT restrict it. The old president of our HOA tried the same thing. But they screwed up and said it "had to be mounted on the edge of the roof or the deck" so I showed them OTARD and kept my 3 dishes up there.
I've since removed 2 and put up a
T90, 36" and 6 footer on the deck. Except for the 6 footer I'm protected but its on my deck which is MINE and you cannot see the dishes from the road as there is a huge tree and a townhouse divider in the way
I guess we need to know if this is on your exclusive area or not.
