NEW INFORMATION
I just measured the major and minor axis of the dish, and it's a 76cm dish. It came in a 90cm box so I'm thinking that it was Monday in China when they packed it.
I really can't think of anything that will fix this dish. I've had it too long to bother
Sadoun about it and I've wasted days on it. If anyone has a suggestion I'd be glad to hear it. The dish + shipping set me back about $100, so this stings a bit.
Sadoun folks: Please weigh in here if you have a suggestion/resolution. Like I said, the box was missing parts in the beginning, the new parts kit provided didn't match up, and I have had no luck for months. Your store is a 5 hour drive from my place in PA, and 7 hours from where I live in VA. I don't have the original box any more, so shipping it back is not even an option.
