If the weather holds I am going to try install my corotor II and Norsat lnb's tomorrow. hopes this will boost the signal a little on some of the weaker TP.

i too am starting the c band project. i think i found the dish i want and im getting it tomorrow afternoon. i am excited to get into more of this. im not sure why, but im so fascinated by this stuff.

sounds like you have the satellite bug my freind. yeah I have another c band dish to put up this year one with a HH mount looking forward to get some c band from the atlantic sats.

Looks like the rain has finally stopped. Today might be the day to get this thing going... I havent gotten very far so far this weekend (although did get the pole in between raindrops)

well we got the feed horn installed now comes the fun part reprogramming all the sats and fine tuning them. the few sats i did program analog side does seem to have a better picture quality will check the digital side tonight.

got a few of the digital sats program back in and fine tuned will have to say the norsat lnb's did make a difference. 10 to 20% gain on the TP the weak ones comming a lot stronger now instead of hi 30's lo 40's quality they come in at hi 50's and lo 60's. I am very sastified with this upgrade.

Are u able to get any arabic channels from any of the atlanic sats?

this dish has limmited travel will only move to 72 degrees w. next project will be to install 8.5' dish with HH mount for the Atlantic sats.
