Frequency and Polarity

I found some station on lyngsat that are neither V or H but L and R.
I want to assume that they are Left and Right. e.g

What does these means and can they be received?

yes they can be received you have to use the BSC621 with the dielectric plate that came with it. thes are circular c band TP.
