Disney Channel East at Galaxy 13/Horizons 1 at 127.0°W

I cannot receive the Disney Channel East at 3960 V and 19510 and WealthTV at 4051 H and 11710
are they no longer a FTA channel.
I was able to get the BBC world on the Satellite.

AM I the only one?

if you look at the top of the tp section you will see that they are digicipher 2 format even though they are in the clear you need a 4 DTV receiver that does digicipher which a regular FTA box does not do.

So there are some fta channels youcannot get with a regular STB?
If a get a 4dtv do I need to subcribe before i can get such channels or it will be FTA with the 4dtv box.

You do not need to sub to anything but the receiver must be authorized. Also notice these are C Band channels
